Pre-order shipping (current orders)

The Astro 360 Dual Retractable Dog Leash is currently sold on pre-order. First shipments are estimated to begin on June 30, 2026. You'll receive an email confirmation when your order leaves our warehouse, including a tracking number.

Pre-order pricing is locked at $64.99 for the duration of the campaign. Your card will be charged at checkout, and your unit is reserved from our limited run of 1,000 units.

If the production timeline shifts by more than two weeks, we'll email every pre-order customer with an updated ETA and the option to cancel for a full refund — no questions asked.

Processing time

Once we begin shipping (after June 30, 2026), orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Shipping rates and delivery times

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination. We currently ship to addresses in the United States.

Standard shipping (3–7 business days): Calculated at checkout
Expedited shipping (2–3 business days): Calculated at checkout

You'll always see the shipping total before completing your purchase.

Tracking your order

As soon as your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and a link to the carrier's tracking page. Tracking information typically updates within 24–48 hours of shipment.

Lost or damaged packages

If your tracking has not updated for more than 7 business days, or if your package arrives damaged, please email astrobuddiesllc@gmail.com within 30 days of the original ship date. Include your order number and (for damage claims) photos of the packaging and product. We'll work directly with the carrier to resolve the issue or replace your order.

International shipping

International shipping is not currently available. We're working on it for future production runs. If you'd like to be notified when international shipping opens, sign up for our newsletter at the bottom of the homepage.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're unable to reroute packages once they leave our warehouse. If you discover an address error within 24 hours of placing your order, email astrobuddiesllc@gmail.com and we'll do our best to update it before shipment.
