Shipping & Returns

Everything you need to know about getting your Astro 360 — and what happens if something goes wrong.

Pre-Order Shipping

Pre-orders are estimated to begin shipping June 30, 2026. Orders ship in the order they were placed (first come, first served from the 1,000-unit production run).

Once your order ships you'll get an email with tracking. If the launch date slips by more than 30 days, we'll email you and you'll have the right to cancel for a full refund — that's the FTC pre-order rule and we follow it.

Where We Ship

The Astro 360 currently ships within the continental United States. International shipping will be announced closer to launch. If you're outside the US and want one, email us at astrobuddiesllc@gmail.com and we'll let you know the moment we can ship to your country.

Shipping Rates & Times

Domestic US shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your address. After launch, standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days from the moment your order leaves our warehouse.

Pre-order customers will be notified by email the day their unit ships.

Returns

We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered. The leash needs to come back in resellable condition with all included items (LED battery set, sheath, quick-start guide).

To start a return, email astrobuddiesllc@gmail.com with your order number and we'll send you an RMA and return address. Full details and exclusions are in the Refund Policy.

Warranty

Every Astro 360 is backed by a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. If something fails under normal use within the first year, email us with a photo and your order number and we'll replace it. Full warranty terms are in our Terms of Service.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your tracking shows delivered but the package never arrived, or if your leash arrives damaged, email astrobuddiesllc@gmail.com within 14 days of the delivery date and we'll work with you to make it right. Please don't file a chargeback before contacting us — we will fix it.

Cancellations

Pre-orders can be cancelled for a full refund any time before your unit ships. After it ships, the return policy above applies.
